This holster is NOT designed to be used as an Outside the Waistband (OWB) holster. Holster features adjustable retention by adjusting the screws at the bottom of the holster. Holster also features adjustable cant from 0-15 degrees by adjusting the belt clip. The holster does NOT support optics.
